BDS-17191MCPE server for windows missing files
i downloaded the "MINECRAFT DEDICATED SERVER SOFTWARE FOR WINDOWS" and did all of the steps for instalation, but when i start "bedrock_server" i get the error "The code execution cannot proceed becouse VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.". i tried to reinstall it, but it was the same thing. Can i get some help? I am in bulgaria.

You need to install the Visual Studio 2019 Redistributable Package. It is available for download at Microsoft.com somewhere, google it.
It didnt work.
I had the same problem and ended up downloading the x86 or x32 Visual Studio Redistributable Package for 2012-2022 until one of them worked. That fixed it for me at least.
