The new update of 1.19.0 has messed up my whole minecraft

Any time I try to play on my world and/or a friend/s world/joins it becomes very glitchy. A player will kind of "teleport" or lag and not move correctly. Crops will break without showing they broke and taking about close to a minute to drop the seed/item, and sometimes the crop will go back if you destroy a certain crop a different crop will appear again. (edit) I'm back on Minecraft and when I place blocks they break then place again. The same thing happens with the crops and the blocks when I try to break them. In one of my friend's server her dog was completely in the ground on my screen yet on their screen the dog was still on top of the block it was sitting on. At first, I thought it was my Wi-Fi, then though it was my friends Wi-Fi because usually they had bad internet, but they had gotten a better and perfectly working Wi-Fi. But I did see that this glitching isn't happening in flat worlds. Also, I'm sorry but I don't have any screenshots to show.
