Back items for real money not showing in game

I purchased the butterfly wings in the store only to find out that they DO NOT show up outside of my armor in the game. That is EXTREMELY misleading!! If the capes can be visible why not the wings that I spent money on? I never would have wasted my money on the customization had any type of notice been given that they would not be visible outside of my armor in game. This is a bug that needs to be fixed or the money myself and others wasted on this customization needs to be refunded. I’m extremely disappointed that you would mislead players with a back customization that is not visible outside of the armor like the capes are. Please issue me a refund for $1.99 or FIX THIS!
I am on the bedrock edition server 1.13.0 in a realm.
