BDS-17091Can't connect to LAN server without internet access (via router)
I host the BDS server on my pc via router without any connection to the internet (just using the TP-link router). i've tried to join server using the same pc as the server and this text appears:
"Oops! Maybe check your internet connection? We can't find your friend worlds"
but my friend can join the server using android even without internet access on my router (and that text didn;t appears).
If i try to connect with my phone hotspot (using celullar data), the server appear temporarily.
It means the server is just hidden because i see the number on FRIEND (1) tab. if i stop the server the number on tab becomes FRIEND (0).
on the previous version (1.18.30), i still can play with my friend without the issues (1 pc and 4 android).
the internet in my country still expensive and i live in villages, i can't afford the internet services only using celullar data to update the minecraft.
hope mojang can consider the issue. We will really enjoy if we can play the game wthout login ingame and proper connection. We already bought the game to support.

Have you tried to exempt Minecraft client from UWP loopback restrictions via command found in bedrock_server_how_to.html? I mean this command: "CheckNetIsolation.exe LoopbackExempt –a –p=S-1-15-2-1958404141-86561845-1752920682-3514627264-368642714-62675701-733520436" - without quotation marks.

i already do that still didn't work. on the previous version (1.18.30) i can join without the problem. the issue is the LAN server didn't appear on menu. however, there are number of server on the tab.
