BDS-16963Unable to play online, but other games play online
Unable to play Minecraft online on Xbox One. This includes games and multiplayer experiences. But I can still access other games that are not Minecraft online. I have power cycled, updated, and checked privacy settings. Nothing has worked. Microsoft was unable to help either, and after going through all the options they had they told me it needs to be resolved through Mojang. Thanks!

What happens exactly when you try to play online?
