I made a world and i made it public to play wite my friends and everytime we have to delete the game and download it to join in the server and now the world private!! How and i play in this world with my friend alot i wanna an answer

Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, Featured Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer? What plaform/device are you using?
