In Minecraft: bedrock edition mobile spectator mode problem

While I am in mobile Minecraft bedrock 1.18.31 using ONLY expirimental spectator mode with cheats I can't change my Y-level at all while in spectator mode. that almost defeats the purpose of spectator mode. Can you please fix this (if I go back to survival then I return to normal control of Y-level)

P.S. I am glad that spectator mode is even in Bedrock edition, thanks for finally adding it. I know it won't be perfect now but keep up the good work. It will be good soon. hopefully. I know coding things like spectator mode is difficult.
