BDS-16654Frost walker don't work
Hi I'm playing in my own server with my friends, using the Mojang provided server software, and we find in the end a Iron boots enchanted with Frost Walker II and when we try to use it in the water in the overworld, the boots don't work and don't freeze the water around.
Sorry my bad English, I'm don't really understand very well this language.
Environment
I'm playing in android 11, minecraft version 1.18.2.03
