BDS-16604Compost bone meal won't go into hopper when full
The bug is when a composter won't send a bone meal down into a hopper underneath it i checked multiple times but it won't work then when i break the hopper and put it back the bone meal finally went to the hopper but it stopped again the next bone meal won't go into the hopper

Does this issue only occur on Bedrock Dedicated Server or it can be reproduced on Local Worlds/Realms? What platform are you using?
