[BDS-16544] A lot of lag and trouble sprinting, swimming, and more.

We have been playing on a multiplayer survival world that we created before 1.18 came out. When we updated to 1.18 we experienced very bad lag and continued to experience lag through our time playing in the world. It is very hard to sprint and when we do sprint we stop sprinting all of the sudden. When swimming I couldn't go above the water so I was stuck in the water. And when I finally got to land I started swimming outside of the water.

Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer? What plaform/device are you using?

It's a multiplayer world, and I use windows 10. We also did some experimenting and we found that our world's that are made before 1.18 and need to be updated become very laggy and have problems. We made a new world in the 1.18 update. It performed without lag and it worked very well. So it seems like worlds that need to be updated are having problems.

This issue should be fixed in 1.18.2 Hotfix. Are you sure this is happening in 1.18.2 Hotfix?

Well, it started in 1.18. We updated to 1.18.2 and it's still continues.

The above link is the video. Our Minecraft updated to 1.18.2 hotfix a couple of days ago. I haven't tested it out yet to see if it's fixed.

It seems that ~~MCPE-149214~~ describes some on the issues.
