[BDS-16543] Entity lag

Character remains about 20 seconds behind of the player’s actions. Can’t mine blocks, get attacked by mobs, can’t attack said mobs, and honestly game becomes unplayable.

Environment

iPad, worked perfectly well before the update

Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer?
