[BDS-16540] Spawn issues

Whenever I die or reload the game I keep being brought to the original spawn point and losing all of my items. Its expected when I die but it happens whenever I open my world again later

Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer? What plaform/device are you using?
