Zombie Spawner not producing any zombies

Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer? What plaform/device are you using?

i play on a bedrock server with other bedrock platform players. and i play on mobile 1Phone XR. others players within the server are xbox and pc players who are also having the same issue.

What server software the server uses?
