Cant see any words or login to game

I am trying to log in to the game. When loading no words are on the screen. Just boxes. When I see the message about the fox update. it's all boxes. When it gets to the main screen to choose play. It won't let me choose anything. It freezes the game from there. I dont know if this is from an update or whatever. But please advise to fix the issue. I have hard reset my system and not work. I havent tried uninstalling the game yet and hope that I dont have to. Please help!
