Front view, The Hand is invisible.

At first i didn't actually thought this was a bug cuz i have my texture pack on. And when i turned it all off to try what pack is the issue, but the hand is this invisible. I can see map on first perspective view. I re-download it at first gameplay the hand is now back and when i left the world and join again its invisible again. I play in phone so idk if pc has it. Or its just me

 

And i forgot that some of the sounds is not working.

Sometimes it is randomly.  The villager sound works when i re-download it.
