Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer? What plaform are you using?

The picture was taken from my iPad Pro on a local single player creative testing world (a super flat), I also encountered this bug when connecting to my long term survival bedrock dedicated server, both are on 1.17.41. The dedicated server is a multilayer server for me and my son.
