Some of the skins in the "star wars classic pack" are messed up and they have messed up flouting arms please help i paid money for this skin pack.

Firstly, this does not apply to a dedicated server!
Secondly, this is the beta version of minecraft, so what did you expect.
Thirdly, your skins are not corrupted, but simply incorrectly displayed
