some Entities stop moving.
Also, if you ride a stopped horse, you will be tied to it and unable to move.
If you moved after riding a stopped horse, you will return to your original position.

Does this issue occur only on Bedrock Dedicated Server or it can be reproduced on local worlds and/or Realms?
