[BDS-16069] Error

I've been using Minecraft for 2 years.
I was playing Minecraft, and I killed the lamb, but lamb didn't come out.
The bone has come out, please correct the error.

Do you have any behavior packs enabled? If so, does disabling them fix the issue?
