When your not directly looking at an enderman it attacks you when your in the end

Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer? What plaform are you using?

I can confirm that in 1.19.2 that this is happening. See the video for a demonstration. Minecraft Bedrock, single player in survival.
This video also shows them teleporting to glass blocks which have also been reported on a different ticket.
