cursor (cross hairs) not visable

Over the last two days no matter if I am connected or not, no matter the server I use, no matter the world I play I can't seem to see my item bar, the cursor (cross hairs), or my character's hands.

 

I have restarted my computer and the game several times. I have also disconnected and reconnected with my internet and the internet from another location several times and the problem still persists.

 

Not sure where to go from here.
