[BDS-15858] Spawner Bug

Okay so all the dungeons that people are standing next to while a second person goes through a Nether Portal stop working until everyone leaves the game and logs back in, very easy to replicate.

Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer? What plaform are you using?
