Skeletons only drop bones and arrows

Skeletons wont drop anything except bones and arrows.they dont drop bows, and they don't drop armor. I ran a mob grinder around a spawner for an entire day. Nothing but arrows and bones. But on a normal offline world I quickly get a lot of bows as well as bones and arrows.
