account stolen

So I was trying to play Minecraft hypixel server's skybloack mode. But all my settings were changed into Chinese and all my stuff is gone. I don't think this is a hypixel issue because this had happened before which all my stuff is gone so I think this might be an account security issue that I changed my password for it.
