[BDS-15596] I bought minecraft a long time ago, but I didn't get the code for Bedrock Edition, what should I do?

I've been playing minecraft since the demo version and bought minecraft when it became available, but I didn't know that it was possible to get the code for Bedrock Edition. I did the migration and now the Mojang site has stopped letting me in. How do I get Bedrock Edition now?
