[BDS-15441] Items keeps disappearing

Hello. This has been happening for a while. When I quit the game, armor and items in my inventory have been removed. Such as, diamond armor has disappeared armor disappears when I leave the game. And items in my inventory have been removed. My pets and armor stand have also been removed when I quit and save the game. I don’t know how to fix this. Things I’ve worked for kept disappearing in my world

Is this only happening on a Bedrock Dedicated Server? What plaform are you using?
