I have my skin, but if I joined the game, or when I join the server, my skin changes to another person’s skin! but when I change the skin to mine then the other person has my skin! and another person changes the skin to his, then I again have his skin! please correct!

Whenever me and my friends play in world we always have each other's skins how can we fix it?
Whenever I join a server everybody looks like Steve.
A mi me pasa algo similar, pues cuando entro a un servidor con mis amigos mi skin echa desde el juego cambia a la skin de mi amigo, cuando entro a un servidor como el evento reciente de minecraft mi skin creada no sale pero sí la que hice dentro del juego
o cuando juego solo mi Skin creada desde el juego sale como Steve, pero la que yo cree no, aqui una muestra.
