Marketplace won't open

No matter what I do marketplace won't open I'll re install the game nothing I'll use wifi nothing I'll use hotspot nothing it just refuses to connect and does not even give a error code and I'm quite pissed off about that as before it has happened I was going to download a pack that I have gotten so please fix this bug and I’ll sit and wait for a solid hour and nothing it just refuses to work and no there is not update I’ve checked the App Store hundreds of times and I know it ain’t my iPads fault it’s something with Mojangs servers
