Pets are missing.

I had a lot of animals- about 20 cats, 5 dogs, a lot of chickens, over 50 axolotls, and a few horses as well, two iron golems, and even a sheep (not even including what my friend had.) On either 9/25 or 9/26 (I don’t remember which), I logged on and they were all gone. Even the name tagged ones. Every single mob, except the axolotls. We ended up giving up on trying to get them back, and we went and got new cats. Then we both got off. I got back on later, and poof, they were all gone. Again. As well as my over 50 axolotls. I’d really appreciate if you could look into this and possible returning everything, if that is possible. We put a lot of work into this (survival) world.
