Can't get out of minecraft beta.

I can't get out of Minecraft beta at all. It's very annoying since I [who is obsessed with playing on servers - eg. cube craft, the hive] can't join them nor use the versions my friends are in. I've tried many things possible, using the Xbox insider to get out, searching the entire beta feedback hub and nothing is helping my issue. I'm only twelve so I have to get my dad to sign out of beta on his account, it hasn't worked and there are no other options. It won't unsubscribe from the beta, even though it isn't a problem on my Xbox [series 1x] since it hasn't been enabled on there even though my Xbox has the same account listed on it. We've tried everything to get rid of it and it won't work.
