[BDS-15319] Music blocks don’t activate with observers in Bedrock

Music blocks don’t activate with observers In Bedrock but they do in Java.

I am trying to follow the magic carpet tutorial in this video but it won’t work:

Is this only happening on a Bedrock Dedicated Server? What plaform are you using?
