BDS-15175World of 2 years of dedication disappeared from Minecraft Bedrock Edition Xbox One account
Two years dedicating to this world and it just disappears from our console. We log in the account on another console, the world appears, but it is in white and black and we cannot enter. I ask the kind to help us to recover him.
How is it possible for the same account to show different information on another console? I am waiting for an urgent return, thank you
