BDS-15144Crashes when trying to open game
My son has been trying to open minecraft all day and it will not open, It shows the red mojang screen the closes completely. We reset the computer multiple times and then just shut it down for a few hours. After trying again later i uninstalled and reinstalled game with same results. It just refuses to open.

Have you tried updating Graphics card drivers and Windows to newest version available? Also, can you please share details on device you have issues with?
