[BDS-15097] :( help

My skin won't load. Every time I change my skin to something I paid for, it comes up as Steve. No body else can see my skin and also I can't hear juke boxes even though my jukebox sounds are turned all the way up in my settings. Please fix this Mojang

However, this issue is Invalid.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets.
