[BDS-15024] After killing the Head of Pillagers not getting bad omen effect

Idk why it is happening that when i kill the head also not getting bad omen effect i have a smp and everyone is reporting this please help

Is this only happening on a Bedrock Dedicated Server? What plaform are you using?
Did you kill the captain with thorns ~~MCPE-55282~~?
