Cannot activate cheats

Hi there I'm having issues activating cheats and coordinates on my bedrock realm. Essentially it's activated in settings and when I go to use cheats it says that they're not enabled. I've tried deleting the world and restarting, signing in and out, having someone else in my realm give it a go and looked online but I can't find anything that's fixed it. It's super annoying. With coordinates I don't even have the option to activate them, it's fully updated and I'm logged in correctly I think there's something more?
