Can't load Minecraft

So Minecraft doesn't open, it gets to 59% and crashes everyone. I've contacted Microsoft as I thought it was something with the account, they told me to contact Nintendo. Nintendo said to delete my save data and that mojang could give me my worlds back and told me to contact mojang. I contacted mojang and they told me to report this an issue
