BDS-14707Vindicator's Axe sometimes floats
The axe of the vindicator mob floats in a few worlds created on 1.16.? . That means the vindicator has his arms in the typical villager position but the axe (or other items he holds) is floating and even moving like in the attack mode.

Is this only happening on a Bedrock Dedicated Server? What plaform are you using?
