Can't pick up shards from Treasure party bomb in Mineplex.

While on Mineplex I used a Treasure party bomb and it shot out all the shards like it was supposed to, but no matter what I did I couldn't pick up the shards and after a while they all disappeared. Someone please help. Also on a side note tbh I've had a lot of problems with Mineplex and I'm debating never going back to any server ever again because of this and the fact that I spent around $20 and was ripped off since over half the stuff disappeared from my inventory within 24 hours (and they wouldn't give a refund).
