[BDS-14377] wither death exploit

if a peace of drip stone hits a wither it dies instantly and gives 0 drops is this a bug or an intended feature for bedrock also strays drop wither skulls if killed by any creeper this makes getting wither skulls way to easy please try to fix this issue so that the wither skulls can be hard to obtain again in bedrock
