Please resolve this probleme: i buy a Textures pack and i have not

I am verry contrarious by this, I buy Minecraft points 1020 (5,99€) add to my content 328Mp

When i buy 1020 Mp, the points appear few secondes and disepear. .... ok so my sold is 668Mp now. The pack do not download but move in my Minecraft inventory, and if you see that , you look Allegro 660Mp for unlock. its creazy no?

You have two choices , give me my 660 Mp for rebuy it, or refund me and stop for me buy in Minecraft because is verry complicated and not commercial for this probleme, is not my probleme , you sale a product but i dont have after buy , its your probleme you know ? 

For me i paid , i play , i m not technician Minecraft, you dont give me my dlc , so... give me my points or monney.

I am verry tired by simple situation digital in 2021. 

I written here all days for this probleme. I m cool but in the life i have my limite.
