Item creation without server access or operator permission (toolbox)

So, there is this app on playstore called toolbox for minecraft pe, this app can bypass the server and summon item to inventory without owning operator permission or creative mode on my server
 
Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Download toolbox for minecraft pe
2. Play online on BDS server
3. Open toolbox menu and summon item/give item to player

 
Observed Results: 

• Item given to the player
• Player can enchant weapon beyond level 5 and thats game breaking

 

Expected Results: 

• The item shouldn't be in player inventory as that is bypassing the server authorative inventory (im sorry, i dont know about this)

 
Notes: 
This app is really game-breaking and should be fix/patch in BDS server
