1.17.10 doesn't show online or joinable

Tried to update my Windows BDS public server to 1.17.10.04 from 1.17.2.01. Multiple players including myself can't join from outside the host network, all settings were checked, and reverting to 1.17.2.01 fixes the issue. Server doesn't show as online on 1.17.10.04 on server sites, such as minecraftpocket-servers.com while on 1.17.10.04 either, once reverted this fixes this issue as well. I would just like to update so my players and i can actually play, legally. No idea why there is no version changer for bedrock but even that would have solved this issue. Only way i can even join my server is through using illegal copies of the game to get to previous versions which i don't like doing.

0I fixed this by redownloading the server software, i should have tried that before, sorry.

0I fixed this by redownloading the server software, i should have tried that before, sorry idk how to delete this.*
