Player cant private message other player
Steps to Reproduce:
- /msg player_name message
- /tell player_name message
- /w player_name message
Observed Results:
All command above will respond with "No targets match selector"
Expected Results:
The message will send to other player

I have had this same issue since 1.16.XX using the Dedicated Server.
We were not able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10. Could you check out if it still occures?
