[BDS-14161] Lanterns can be placed on the down side of horizontal chains

If you place a lantern on the down side of a horizontal-placed chain, it has no connection to any block and will just stay there until you break the chain on top of it.

Is this only happening on a Bedrock Dedicated Server? What platform are you using?

It is happening on minecraft offline world
When Caves and cliffs option enabled
