Yellow steve in the Hive server

Hello,

I have a problem that happened a long time ago. It's that my character appears in yellow steve when I connect to the Hive server, I see myself with my normal skin but others only see me as "steve" . Yet I have another skin that I bought that does not put in steve. The problem is that I really want to use the skin (which shows itself in yellow steve), I did some research and I have nothing that can be contrary to the rules of the server (nothing unapropriated). It's just a skin that I made with the custom that is on the menu (I also bought customizations for my character but then, my purchase is useless if it does not work). 

So I would like to have an answer and know how to fix this bug which is sincerly annoying.
