[BDS-14091] Animated skins are swapped for Steve's skin

The skins with animations that you get from the store are exchanged for Steve's skin after a few minutes, this bug can only be seen by other players. Since the user will see that he has his skin on, but others will see Steve's skin.

This error is not solved if you activate or deactivate "Only Allow Trusted Skins"

This error does not occur if the skin is from the photo gallery

This error does not occur if the skin does not have custom objects, example chicken foot, a hat, glasses Or any item from achievement rewards or the store

Is this only happening on a Bedrock Dedicated Server? What platform are you using?

yes, it also happens on The Hive server. It also happens when I play in personal worlds with my friends, I see everyone with Steve skin and they have the same problem
