Store skins are no longer visible to other players after a while

In Settings > Profile, do the other players have "Only Allow Trusted Skins" enabled? If so, please have them try disabling it and see if that fixes the issue.

But I bought the skin in the store, shouldn't it be trusted?

I believe they should, but it would be helpful to know if toggling the option does anything.

I have encountered the same issue.

I access the server from my phone and my wife joins through our X Box One.

It seems to affect my skins almost every time we are on for more than a few minutes, but I've never seen it affect her skins.

Hopefully that small bit of information about how it's acting between platforms is helpful. Next time it happens I'll note more details.
