BDS-14057Says that the port is occupied without anything using the port
Practically all it says is this on the command prompt:

nothing is using the network port lol.
please help lmao
All I did was that I tried starting the server which should automatically make a world, because I made a server in 1.16.5.

Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.11)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
