Purchased map won’t load

I purchased a map from the minecraft store (cobble clicker) and was able to download it with no issues. Upon loading up the map, it tells me there is an error loading the map. Deleted and redownloaded, checked software for update, nothing seems to work. Submitted a form to developer and haven’t heard from them either. please help
